Although demanding the Haute Route is a non technical trek, it is suited to experienced trekkers and is not really for people who have just started trekking or hiking in the mountains and it is the next logical alpine trekking step up after completing the famous Tour du mont blanc.

Crossing some high Alpine rugged cols above 3000 mrs with some long days this trek is one of the finest in the world. The route passes through a couple of stages where we need to take extra care but with our fully qualified International Mountain Leaders the Haute Route should be in the capability of all regular mountain hikers.

This highlighted trek is perfect if you have already completed the Tour du Mont Blanc as it misses out the first couple of days that you would of already trekked on the TMB, or if you do not have the time to complete the full Haute Route of 11 – 14 days. This gives you all the gems and beauty and an extra High Alpine hut that you would not normally be staying in on the Haute Route.
